Ronnie Fuller? or Chism child?
Another interesting animated .gif is "File 22" found at http://www.jfkassassinationgallery.com/displayimage.php?album=148&pos=21 . In this looped film clip, an African American woman runs away from the TSBD carrying a child who appears limp. There is one African American family, the Chism's, who ran away from the scene carrying their (uninjured) child, with the wife passing the child off to her husband. However, looking at the child's seemingly lifeless arm dangling in this film clip, I have to wonder what is going on here.
A young 2 1/2 year old child named Ronnie Fuller was admitted to Parkland Hospital some minutes after Kennedy and Connally were admitted. There is a child who seems to match the age description visible in the Altgens 6 photo, and who should be visible (but isn't) in the Tina Towner film. There were also one or two unexplained "pools of blood" in Dealey Plaza immediately after the assassination. The child of interest in the Altgens 6 photo seems to be Caucasian (rather than African American as the child in the clip seems to be), but still, I would think that an uninjured child would be clinging to his parent, not behaving like the child in this clip. Of course, if the Chism's have identified themselves in this clip, then the mystery of the identify of the child in this clip is solved. However, until/unless I find that identification, I will continue to wonder if this child might be another victim of the events that took place in Dealey Plaza (i.e., Ronnie Fuller).
